Refund Policy

At Eat2Wynn, we are committed to providing high-quality nutrition coaching services and clear, fair terms for our clients. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

If you purchase a coaching package online or remotely (e.g., via email or phone), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • No coaching sessions have been used, and

  • The service has not started within the 14-day period.

If you request to begin your coaching sessions within the cooling-off period, and we provide part of the service during this time, you will lose the right to a full refund. In this case, a pro-rata refund may be issued for any unused portion of the package.

By booking sessions during the cooling-off period, you consent to this early start and accept these terms.

2. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

Single-Month Packages (4 x 45 min sessions)

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session.

  • Once within 24 hours of the first session, the package is non-refundable.

Multi-Month Discounted Packages (e.g., 3 months)

  • Packages sold at a discounted rate are conditional on full commitment.

  • Payments for all months are non-refundable once purchased, except if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session of the package.

  • After this 24-hour period, the package is non-refundable, even if sessions are unused.

Exceptional Circumstances

  • Refunds may be considered in cases such as:

    • Serious illness or injury preventing participation (with medical proof)

    • Bereavement

    • Other significant unforeseen life events

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to eat2wynn@gmail.com and are assessed at our discretion.

3. Package Expiry

  • Single-month packages are valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. You must book your first session within this month. Unused sessions expire after this period and will not be refunded or rolled over.

  • Multi-month packages: Each month is treated independently. Unused sessions in a month are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered used and are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per month, per package month, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Exceptions may be made in emergencies at our discretion.

5. Missed Sessions

  • Any session missed without prior notice (24 hours minimum) is forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

6. Non-Transferability

  • All coaching packages are non-transferable.

  • Sessions can only be used by the person who purchased the package unless agreed in writing.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

  • Changes will be posted on this page and take immediate effect.

  • We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
