Living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis can often feel unpredictable. Symptoms fluctuate, advice can be confusing, and it’s not always clear which foods or habits may be helping or making things worse.
My coaching approach focuses on understanding how your individual gut responds so we can begin building a strategy that supports stability rather than guesswork.
Instead of following generic diet plans, we work step by step to identify patterns in your symptoms, eating habits, and lifestyle. Over time this allows us to better understand what your body tolerates well, where triggers may be appearing, and how different factors such as stress, sleep, and routine can influence your gut.
From there we begin shaping a nutrition framework tailored to you — something practical that fits your life and that you can continue using long after coaching ends.
Weekly coaching sessions include

IBD Stabilisation System (12 weeks)
From food fear and constant trial-and-error → a more stable, predictable gut.
This programme is designed to help you move away from constant trial and error and build something more stable with your gut.
Living with IBD often feels inconsistent.
One approach helps… but something else gets worse.
Certain foods seem fine one day and not the next. And over time it can leave you feeling restricted, unsure, and stuck reacting to symptoms rather than actually understanding them.
The aim here isn't perfection.
It's to help you build a clearer picture of how your body responds, reduce the unpredictability, and create a way of eating and living that supports your gut more consistently — day to day, not just in theory.
How It Works
We follow a structured process over 12 weeks.
1. Create Stability
We start by reducing the noise.
We look at your current symptoms, diet, and routine, identify the key triggers, and build a baseline your gut can tolerate — without cutting everything out unnecessarily.
2. Build Understanding
Once things are more settled, we start looking deeper.
We track patterns, test small adjustments, and work out how food, stress, and lifestyle are actually driving your symptoms — so you're not just guessing anymore.
3. Expand & Adjust
With a clearer picture, we can start carefully bringing more back in.
Reintroducing foods where it makes sense, improving tolerance, and taking the fear out of eating — while continuing to refine things based on how your body actually responds.
4. Long-Term Confidence
By the end of the 12 weeks the goal is simple — you don't need to guess anymore.
You'll have a clear system for managing your diet, understanding your triggers, and knowing what to do when symptoms change.
