Living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis can often feel unpredictable. Symptoms fluctuate, advice can be confusing, and it’s not always clear which foods or habits may be helping or making things worse.
My coaching approach focuses on understanding how your individual gut responds so we can begin building a strategy that supports stability rather than guesswork.
Instead of following generic diet plans, we work step by step to identify patterns in your symptoms, eating habits, and lifestyle. Over time this allows us to better understand what your body tolerates well, where triggers may be appearing, and how different factors such as stress, sleep, and routine can influence your gut.
From there we begin shaping a nutrition framework tailored to you — something practical that fits your life and that you can continue using long after coaching ends.
Weekly coaching sessions include

How It Works
We follow a structured, step-by-step process over 12 weeks.
1. Create Stability
We start by reducing the noise.
Looking at your current symptoms, diet, and routine, we identify key triggers and build a baseline that your gut can tolerate more consistently — without unnecessary restriction.
2. Build Understanding
Once things are more stable, we begin to look deeper.
We track patterns, test adjustments, and start to understand how food, stress, and lifestyle factors are influencing your symptoms — so you’re no longer guessing.
3. Expand & Adjust
With that understanding, we can begin carefully expanding your diet.
Reintroducing foods where appropriate, improving tolerance, and reducing fear around eating — while continuing to refine your plan based on real responses.
4. Long-Term Control
By the end of the programme, the goal is that you’re not relying on guesswork or constant support.
You’ll have a clearer system for managing your diet, understanding your triggers, and adjusting when symptoms change.
