I offer both 1-month and 3-month coaching packages, with my 3-month program recommended for the best results. This allows the time needed to build healthy habits, track progress, and achieve sustainable transformation.

Your weekly coaching session includes:

- Weekly 45-minute online video check-ins

- Overview of progress of the week


- A plan of attack for the following week

- Unlimited messaging support between sessions

- Exercise regime alongside (if required)

1-Month Coaching Package – £180

 

Instead of booking four individual sessions at £50 each (£200), this package gives you four sessions for £180, saving £20.

Over the course of a month, we’ll work together to focus on your immediate goals, identify challenges, and put practical steps in place. Each 45-minute session is tailored to your needs, ensuring you get the most value from your time. You’ll also have ongoing support between sessions to keep you on track.

3-Month Coaching Package – £560

This package includes twelve sessions for £560, rather than paying £600 individually, saving £40. Over three months, we’ll build a structured plan that allows you to make steady, measurable progress. You’ll have time to implement changes, review outcomes, and adjust strategies, with ongoing support to maintain momentum.

  • 12x 45-minute coaching sessions

  • A tailored plan to help you achieve your objectives

  • Practical guidance and support throughout

  • Accountability to keep you moving forward
