STEP ONE
Book Your Complimentary Consultation
We start with a relaxed, no-pressure call.
This is a chance for us to get to know each other and talk through your symptoms, your health history, and what you're currently struggling with when it comes to your gut health, symptoms, and food.
I'll ask a series of questions to understand the bigger picture, and we'll discuss what you're hoping to improve.
By the end of the call we'll both have a good idea of whether working together feels like the right fit.

STEP TWO
Personalised Assessment
If we decide to move forward, we start with a detailed assessment — your health, lifestyle, symptoms, routines, and how you're currently eating.
Before we meet, I'll ask you to fill out a short questionnaire and keep a food and symptom diary. This helps us hit the ground running and start spotting patterns straight away.
In the session we'll go through:
Symptom trends
Meal structure and timing
Lifestyle habits
Food tolerances
Stress and recovery
Things you've already tried
The goal isn't to judge what you're doing — it's to build a clear picture of what's actually driving how you feel, so we can put together something that works for your life, not just in theory.

I'll create a clear, practical nutrition and lifestyle strategy that fits your real life.
That might include:
Food guidance tailored to your body and symptoms
Meal timing to support digestion and energy
Supplements, where appropriate and evidence-based
Cooking and meal preparation habits
Stress and recovery support
Optional exercise guidance to support overall health, energy, and wellbeing
The focus is always on what actually works for you — not what looks good on paper.

Ongoing Guidance and Sustainable Habits
You won't get a plan handed to you and be left to figure it out alone.
As we start making changes, we work together to see how your body responds, tweak things where needed, and build habits that actually fit your life — not just for now, but long term.
What looks good on paper doesn't always play out the same way in real life, and that's especially true with gut health. This stage is about finding what genuinely works for you, without unnecessary restriction or overcomplicating things.
Along the way I'll make sure you understand the reasoning behind what we're doing — so you build real confidence around food, your symptoms, and your health generally.
The aim is that over time this starts to feel natural and something you can carry forward on your own. Not a rigid set of rules, and not something that needs constant coaching to maintain.

Check-Ins and Adjustments
By the end of three months, the aim is simple — you know your gut better, you're more confident around food, and you're not relying on guesswork anymore.
We'll have built something practical together that you can actually keep going with. The tools, the understanding, the habits — they're yours to take forward.
