1. Introduction

Welcome to Eat2Wynn. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our services, including nutrition coaching, consultations, and digital content delivered via our website or third-party platforms (e.g., Zoom).

By booking or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

Eat2Wynn provides non-medical nutrition coaching, meal planning support, and wellness guidance. All services are informational and educational only.

You acknowledge that:

  • Seb Owen is a qualified nutrition coach holding a Level 5 Nutrition qualification.

  • Advice is based on professional training and experience and is not a substitute for medical advice.

  • You are responsible for consulting your GP or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet, lifestyle, or medications.

3. Eligibility

Our services are available to clients aged 18 and over, or with parental/guardian consent if under 18.
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

4. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings must be made via our website or approved booking platform.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include all applicable taxes (we are not VAT-registered).

  • Services may be provided via Zoom or another agreed platform.

Multi-Month Discounted Packages

  • Packages (e.g., 3 months) are sold at a discounted rate, conditional on full commitment.

  • Payments for all months are non-refundable once purchased, except if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session of the package.

  • Once the first session of the package is within 24 hours, the package is non-refundable.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Single-Month Packages (4 x 45 min sessions)

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session.

  • Once within 24 hours of the first session, the package is non-refundable.

  • You may reschedule once per month, with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Multi-Month Discounted Packages

  • Refunds are available only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session of the package.

  • Once within 24 hours of the first session, the package is non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is allowed once per month, per package month.

General

  • In case of emergencies, we may offer alternative arrangements at our discretion.

⚠️ Important: Once the 24-hour period before the first session of a package has passed, the session/package is non-refundable.

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions or delivered digital content.

  • Single-month packages can be refunded only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session.

  • Multi-month discounted packages are refundable only if cancelled more than 24 hours before the first session; otherwise, they are non-refundable.

  • Partial refunds are only granted in exceptional cases, at our discretion.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide honest and accurate information about your health and lifestyle.

  • Take full responsibility for your choices, progress, and actions.

  • Use our services respectfully and lawfully.

  • Understand that results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any injury, illness, or loss resulting from following advice or meal plans.

  • Outcomes resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information you provide.

  • Technical issues outside our control (e.g., Zoom outages).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

9. Intellectual Property

All content (PDFs, meal plans, resources, videos) is the property of Eat2Wynn and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection (UK GDPR)

Your personal data is collected only as necessary to provide services (e.g., name, contact info, health details).
We will never sell or misuse your data and store it securely in compliance with UK GDPR.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
