Refund & Coaching Policy

At Eat2Wynn, the aim is to provide clear, practical, and supportive nutrition coaching while maintaining fair policies for both clients and the business. Please read the following terms carefully before purchasing any coaching service or programme.

1. Cooling-Off Period (14 Days)

If you purchase a coaching service online or remotely (including via email, website, or phone), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, provided that:

  • no coaching sessions or consultations have taken place, and

  • no personalised coaching work has begun during this period.

If you request for coaching, consultations, assessments, or personalised support to begin within the 14-day cooling-off period, you acknowledge that part of the service is being delivered immediately.

In these circumstances:

  • you may lose the right to a full refund, and

  • any refund issued may be adjusted to reflect work already completed or sessions already delivered.

By beginning coaching within the cooling-off period, you consent to these terms.

2. Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period Free Strategy Calls

Free strategy calls carry no payment obligation and can be cancelled or rescheduled with reasonable notice where possible.

One-Off Nutrition Reviews / Consultations

Refunds are available if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled session.

Within 24 hours of the appointment, the session becomes non-refundable.

Once the consultation has taken place, refunds are not available.

IBD Stabilisation System (12 Weeks)

The IBD Stabilisation System is a structured coaching programme requiring preparation, planning, and ongoing support.

Refunds are available only if cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the first scheduled coaching session.

Once within 24 hours of the first session, or once coaching support has begun, the programme becomes non-refundable.

This includes:

  • coaching sessions,

  • personalised planning,

  • nutrition analysis,

  • educational support,

  • and ongoing communication/support related to the programme.

Unused sessions are non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered in exceptional situations, including:

  • serious illness or injury preventing participation,

  • bereavement,

  • or significant unforeseen life events.

Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.

Any exception is made at the discretion of Eat2Wynn.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as used and may not be refunded or rescheduled.

Reasonable flexibility may be offered in genuine emergencies at our discretion.

5. Missed Sessions

Sessions missed without notice are considered forfeited and are non-refundable.

6. Programme Duration & Expiry

The 12-week coaching programme is intended to be completed within the agreed coaching timeframe.

If sessions are repeatedly postponed or left unused for extended periods without communication, Eat2Wynn reserves the right to close the programme after a reasonable timeframe.

Where possible, reasonable flexibility will always be offered around illness, flare-ups, travel, or significant life circumstances.

7. Non-Transferability

All coaching services and programmes are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual who purchased them unless agreed otherwise in writing.

8. Changes to This Policy

Eat2Wynn reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.

Any changes will be published on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
