I will guide and teach you how to build a healthier relationship with food — in a way that feels practical, supportive, and sustainable.
The approach I teach is the same way of eating I follow in my own life living with IBD. It’s grounded in nutrition science and focuses on building a way of eating that supports gut health, nourishes the gut microbiome, and follows dietary patterns associated with lower levels of inflammation.
Together, I’ll teach you how to:
1. Cut through the confusion around diet and gut health, so you understand what actually matters and what doesn’t.
2. Build simple kitchen habits that make preparing nourishing meals easier, quicker, and far less stressful.
3. Use whole foods as the foundation of your diet, learning how different foods can support digestion and overall gut health.
4. Understand the gut microbiome, and how everyday food choices help feed and support a healthy gut environment.
5. Use supplements strategically, understanding when they may add value and how they can support your nutrition.
6. Feel confident around food, making nourishing choices without guilt, restriction, or unnecessary complexity.
